Quick Crepes for Breakfast

Who doesn’t like to indulge themselves with a nice breakfast at the weekend? We often make pancakes and crepes at home. We love them both sweet and salty, and if it is possible – simultaneously at the same time. Below is a tested recipe that serves 12 large crepes.


Easy Crepes with Jam and Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 Tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. salt

Preparation:

  1. Place flour into a large bowl. Mix in baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla. Crepes Batter
  2. Beat the eggs and milk. Pour the mixture into the flour and combine.

  3. Grease the bottom of a frying pan with butter. Lift the pan from the heat and pour a ladle full of the crepes mixture. Tilt the pan evenly on all sides until the entire bottom is covered. Place it back and bake for about 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Always grease the bottom of the pan between the crepes to avoid sticking.
