Salmon with Dill and Capers

Salmon with Capers and DillI love salmon, mostly because I think of all the fish it has the least fishy taste. Furthermore, it is super healthy and contains omega-3 fatty acids and is prepared very quickly. On top of that, it’s considered an elegant and exquisite dish, that is why I chose to serve it as a main dish for my romantic dinner that I prepared a few days ago. It was an excellent finish after a Caprese salad. It turned out to be a very fresh, healthy and quick dinner, which is excellent if you would like to surprise your other half.
