Who doesn’t like to indulge themselves with a nice breakfast at the weekend? We often make pancakes and crepes at home. We love them both sweet and salty, and if it is possible – simultaneously at the same time. Below is a tested recipe that serves 12 large crepes.
Ingredients:
- 400 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 20 g butter
- 1 Tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. salt
Preparation:
- Place flour into a large bowl. Mix in baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla.
- Beat the eggs and milk. Pour the mixture into the flour and combine.
- Grease the bottom of a frying pan with butter. Lift the pan from the heat and pour a ladle full of the crepes mixture. Tilt the pan evenly on all sides until the entire bottom is covered. Place it back and bake for about 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Always grease the bottom of the pan between the crepes to avoid sticking.
