One Healthy Breakfast
I don’t know how you are in the morning, but I’m usually very sleepy and I’m barely getting out of bed. I’m constantly thinking that I should prepare my clothes for the next day from the previous evening and I have never done it. As a result, I’m spending lots of time in front of the wardrobe wondering what to put on. That + one-not-so-quick shower, my mandatory gingerbread latte and drying my hair take all my time before I go out to work, and I don’t have time for breakfast. But this doesn’t mean I’m skipping breakfast, this so important meal for the day, I just have it at work. As I am not a big fan of junk food, I prefer to eat something healthy and yummy, something that I get the envy of my colleagues for. And because I don’t have any time to prepare myself something before I go out for work, I’m making my breakfast the previous evening and it takes me exactly 3 minutes.
