I love salmon, mostly because I think of all the fish it has the least fishy taste. Furthermore, it is super healthy and contains omega-3 fatty acids and is prepared very quickly. On top of that, it’s considered an elegant and exquisite dish, that is why I chose to serve it as a main dish for my romantic dinner that I prepared a few days ago. It was an excellent finish after a Caprese salad. It turned out to be a very fresh, healthy and quick dinner, which is excellent if you would like to surprise your other half.
Ingredients:
- 4 х 125 g salmon fillets
- 50 g butter
- 30 g fresh dill
- 4 tbsp. capers
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Preparation:
- Melt half of the butter in a frying pan on a medium heat. Quickly place the salmon fillets with the presentation side down. Season with black pepper and salt and fry for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle with the lemon juice, add the capers and the remaining butter.
- Transfer the salmon onto plates. Add the chopped dill into the frying pan, stir well with the butter and pour the sauce over the fish before serving.
